I feel honored that, for over twenty-five years, I've been able to help individuals and couples achieve their goals, both personal and relational. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer a personalized approach tailored to my clients' needs and circumstances. I strive to bring wisdom, compassion, and understanding to my counseling. My approach is to use integrated methods and techniques to help my clients effectively address life's challenges. My advanced training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy (click here for more information) and in Imago Relationship Therapy gives me an expanded perspective in my work with clients who are experiencing difficulties in their relationships.
In addition to my clinical work, I teach graduate psychology students and speak locally and nationally to groups and organizations on subjects ranging from interpersonal relationships to work stress to personal well-being.
