The Art & Science of Love Workshop
The Art & Science of Love workshop was designed by Drs. John and Julie Gottman to strengthen relationships. It is based on their research of over 3,000 couples over four decades. The workshop is grounded in what actually works in relationships that are happy and stable. If you have a strong relationship, this workshop will provide you with the insights and tools to foster further closeness, friendship, and trust. If your relationship is distressed, the workshop will provide you with a greater understanding of your relationship and a road map for repair.

Workshop Information:

Workshop limited to five couples.
Cozy, outdoor setting in a gazebo (may be moved indoors in the event of inclement weather).
Both days include presentations, videos, and discussions on the content. Exercises, to be done privately with your partner, are designed to help put what you are learning into practice. You will not be required to share in the group.
Break for lunch on your own each day.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel up to one week prior to your scheduled workshop, your payment will be refunded minus a $100 fee. (Private workshop payment will be refunded minus a $500 fee.) No refunds with less than one week’s notice.

Each Private ASL Workshop is a condensed one-day workshop limited to one couple. The format includes a self-study portion (the materials are sent upon registration) followed by a a one-day in person workshop in San Diego or online.
